THE FINE PRINT
- Registration is required

- Entire value must be used in a single visit and used by the same person

IMPORTANT: You must have your voucher number when completing the registration form. This number may only be used once; duplication could void attendance at the session. SAVE YOUR VOUCHER: You will need to bring it with you for admittance to the selected session day.
Please note, we cannot guarantee that the session date and time you desire will be available, so we recommend that you register as soon as possible, as dates and are on a first come first serve basis. We will however, ensure that we have enough Kidazzle Kidz session dates available to fufill all voucher redemptions.

How does Kidazzle Kidz work...
- Parents/Guardians register their child(ren) online by Wednesday of each week.
- Go to our “Register” tab and complete your information. Make sure to include “LivingSocial Voucher #” in the “Other” field under how did you hear about us.
- Please indicate in your “Preferred Date” (ie. Friday, 1/1/12-Session 6-9)
- You will receive a call or email regarding the location or you may call to get the location before registering.
- If the session is full, join the waitlist. We always have cancellations and no shows so we usually have room.
- On the day of your first drop off, please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and please bring your LivingSocial voucher and give it to the Kidazzle staff checking in the children.
- During drop off all children, receive a wristband once they are signed in.
- Once a majority of the kids arrive, the staff will go over all rules and expectations.
- There is an introduction and kids are paired together. If they arrive with a sibling/friend they can stay together or be paired with another child.
- You are welcome to give your child additional money depending on the location or activities. If you know a $10 game card will not last for 3 hours, we highly recommend giving your child a few extra bucks.
General Information
We provide three child care providers and a few junior volunteers and limit enrollment to just 20 children per session. This allows for excellent supervision. We also provide organized activities such card games and puzzle, depending on the location so that our young visitors have a great time!! Take some time for yourself “guilt free” as your kids have their own fun!
Location! Location! Location!
Kidazzle Kidz is conveniently located at the best child friendly entertainment spots in Austin and surrounding areas, that’s why we are unique. Your child is not in a room doing arts and crafts (although arts and crafts are fun!!) We are at places like Main Event, Gattitown, Gattiland, Austin Park and Pizza, Blazer Laser Tag, Austin’s Children Museum to name a few locations having our own party, while Mom and Dad are out on the town. (Kidazzle Kidz is not affiliated with any of the establishments listed above. We use these locations because we have found that they provide the best experience and fun for your child). Parents/Guardians are responsible for dropping their child off and picking them up from each location. We do not transport children.
Security
We adhere to strict pick-up procedures. Staff check photo I.D. EVERY TIME a child is picked up. Please do not be offended if you are repeatedly asked for I.D. It is for the safety of your child. Children will only be released to those persons listed on the registration form. Please be sure to let the staff know if your child is to be picked up by someone other than the person dropping him/her off.
Emergency Procedures:
All staff members are CPR and First Aid certified and trained to handle emergencies and they have passed Criminal Background checks. We have all emergency numbers on location and a full stocked first aid kit. Even with all of the safety precautions in place, accidents are possible. Parents will be notified in the event of an accident. Please be advised that in the event of a serious or life threatening emergency, we will notify emergency personnel first and parents second.
Discipline Policy:
At Kidazzle Kidz we promote good behavior through praise, modeling and positive support. In the event that a child displays poor behavior he or she will be corrected first through redirection. We will only use “time-outs” if absolutely necessary. We do reserve the right to refuse admittance to a child whose behavior compromises the safety and well being of other children. Parents must be able to be reached by telephone or pager, and able to return to the facility within 15 minutes.
From one Parent to Another:
All of us here at Kidazzle Kidz understand that when you leave your child with us, you are trusting us with the one that means that most to you. We feel honored and privileged by this and promise that we will treat your child as if he or she were our own. Please feel free to speak with us at anytime about any questions or concerns that you may have.
New Date Night Package
Ever wish that you could schedule a regular date night with your spouse or maybe a frequent girls night out with your friends? Now Kidazzle Kidz has a great new discount package just for you!
For the following low prices you will receive four “date nights” to use at your convenience anytime in a two month period any Friday through Sunday after 5 pm. Each ‘date night’ includes four hours of childcare as well as a pizza dinner for your children at a great savings!
- 1 Child $90 for the package of four nights
- 2 Children $150 for the package of four nights
- 3 Children $200 for the package of four nights
The packages are pre-pay only, which means that you pay for the whole package in advance. You must use all four nights within two months of purchase or the package expires.
