What do I need to do first?
Check the calendar to look for an available
session time that you need.
Make a reservation online for the session you
need.
How many sessions may child attend in one
weekend?
As many as we have available and you must
register for each session.
What does my child receive while at
Kidazzle Kidz?
KIDAZZLE KIDZ pays for all activities and
food. If you choose to give your child additional money the child
will be responsible for the money.
Where do I drop my child off?
You will drop off your child at the
designated Kidazzle Kidz location such as Westgate Bowling, Movie Theatre, etc.
How many kids are in each session? The maximum number of children in each session is 20 to 30.
What is the staff to child ratio?
Depending on the location and age group it is
usually 1 to 10.
What is the earliest I can drop my child
off at Kidazzle Kidz?
The earliest we will take children is 15
minutes before the session starts.
What happens when I drop my child off?
At the start of each activity, the buddy
system is explained to each child. They are then assigned a group
where they will remain until the end of the session.
If my child is picked up early will I be
refunded any money?
KIDAZZLE KIDZ does not give refunds for
children picked up early.
How will I recognize Kidazzle Kidz staff
at the drop off location?
Each staff member will have an ID badge or a
Kidazzle Kidz t-shirt on.
What if I don't want to make a payment
online?
Although we encourage parents to make payments online to secure a spot for your child, we understand the hesitation, you can always mail a check or money order to us. It must reach us 1 day prior to the session or you can pay when you drop off in cash only.
Why are the locations not provided?
KIDAZZLE KIDZ locations are confidential and are provided only upon telephone or email request at the time of your reservation. To prevent others from dropping their children off without a reservation we choose to inform parents of the location at the time of reservation.
May I call to check on my child while I am
out?
Each parent will be provided with a contact
number of a Kidazzle Kidz staff member during the session. We
encourage parents to call if needed.
What if I am running late?
You must pick up your child at the
pre-determined time when the session ends. We will provide a 15
minute grace period for unforeseen circumstances. If you are
delayed, please call us immediately. If you will be late and we do
not receive your call you will be required to pay a $10.00 late fee.
This late fee will cover the first 15 minutes. Each minute after
that is $5.00 per minute. To avoid these charges please ensure you
pick up your children at the correct time.
What do I need to pick my child up?
At the end of the session, children will only
be released to the individual who dropped them off. If you wish you
may specify a different person to pick them up at the time you drop
them off. Whoever picks them up must have proper identification,
preferably a picture id.
